We use advanced equipment to help us create the ideal embroidery for our clients, so our process starts by learning exactly what our customer would like to embroider on their shirts. From there, we can use an existing computer file or our design team help our customer create the ideal imprint. We embroider everything in-house, so your products never leave our facility. This allows us to have a great deal of quality control and decreases production time, so we can have your shirts ready quickly and exactly as you ordered them.
What are some things to consider before using our embroidery service?
Embroidery is a permanent branding service, so the customer should understand the shirt will be altered for good. We also would need to know how many shirts you need and your ideal turnaround time and we can do our best to work with any deadline.

What is the typical turnaround time for embroidering shirts?
Embroidery projects can be done very quickly with our machinery, and for smaller orders we can have them ready within one or two business days. Occasionally we work with large companies who embroider hundreds of shirts, and projects such as this can take a bit longer. For an accurate timeline, contact our team and we will be happy to help!
What file formats do you accept for embroidery?
Files for embroidering machines can be tricky, but our team can help. We can use most Illustrator files (.ai, .eps., .svg) for embroidery, but if you don’t have an Illustrator file we can use other common files such as JPGs, PDFs and more by converting them to the specialized file for our embroiderer.
